I finished Part 8: JoJolion earlier today, and it was a great part, with a satisfying resolution. I think that Tooru is the worst villain, but he is overhated.

This guy is easily my favorite Pokemon, I also just really like the Zubat line
King Crimson is very angry, probably because Bucciarati decided to rebel against him for selling drugs, ordinary Mafia things.

I just beat Cuphead recently and this guy was one of my favorite boss fights. Also his theme is a banger
